What a weekend

Wow, what a weekend, after getting up at 5 on Thursday, driving 3 hours to Newark, getting on a 14 hour flight, checking into our hotel at about 6 PM the next, we woke up Saturday morning and took a 3 hour ride by Shinkansen high speed train to Kyoto for concert #1, then waking up early in our hotel in Kusatsu (near the 1st concert) we left to go back to Tokyo to grab another train to Kanagawa for concert #2, we are finally at a point on Monday where we are actually glad it is totally rainy, as a hotel-crash day is just what we need.

First Weekend in Japan

Hello everyone from Japan! Right now we are in a town called Kusatsu, where we went to a concert last night in a town called Moriyama to see one of my favorite bands, Mihimaru GT. Now we are on our way back to Tokyo, where we are catching a train to a town called Kanagawa for another concert by another favorite of mine, Morning Musume.

The weather is grey so far but the people, food and country are so nice and everything is clean. We'll write more just about every day.
